Terms and conditions

- Minimun stay: 2 nights
- Property owner can demand a deposit.
- Payment: the reservation amount will correspond to 50% of the total amount of the stay., The remaining amount of the stay must be paid upon arrival at Casa da Sebe.
- Chek in at 3:00 pm check out at  12:00h, exept another communication wiith property manager. 
- Cancellation policies:  Reimbursement of 100% of the advance payment if the cancellation is due to a lockdown.  No refund of the advance payment if the cancellation is made for another reasons (We will try to agree another booking date)- Occupation:

• Main housel: 16 people
• Hut: 4-6 people

* The occupation may never exceed the number of guests allowed.
* Pets of any kind are not accepted in the main house
*Swimming pool is private, of the property owner, you may need to ask the property owner.
